7 Reasons To Grow Your Own Organic Vegetable Garden

Saturday, September 29th, 2007

By Cristina Diaz During the last decades there has been a change towards mechanization and homogenization of farming, which uses pesticides, additives, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers and mass-production techniques. All this is clearly affecting mankind’s health, and new diseases are spreading rapidly amongst humans and animals (bird’s flu being the most recent one). The World Health Organization produces reports to show how the use of chemicals and other products on food, coupled with the manufacturing processes involved, are actually a threat for our health. If you have space for a few pots or even a small piece of land, it is a wise decision to grow your own organic vegetable garden. Today I’m presenting you with seven reasons for doing this: 1. You will have no additives in your vegetables. Research by organic food associations has shown that additives in our food can cause heart diseases, osteoporosis, migraines and hyperactivity. 2. There will be no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers used. These chemical products are applied to obtain crops all the time regardless plagues or weather conditions, and affect the quality of the vegetables. Besides, pesticides are usually poisonous to humans. 3. Your vegetables will not be genetically modified (GM). Antibiotics, drugs and hormones are used on vegetables to grow more and larger ones. One of the consequences of this practice are vegetables which look all the same and are usually tasteless. Besides, we end up consuming the hormones that have been used on the vegetables, with the potential risks for our health. 4. Eating your own organic vegetables will be much more healthy for you. They will not contain any of the products or chemicals named above, and they will be much more natural than any ones you would find at the supermarket. Your health will not be at risk because you will then know that nothing has been added to your vegetables. 5. Your own organic vegetables will be much more tasty. The use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, hormones and antibiotics make vegetables grow unnaturally and take the taste away from them. With organic vegetables, your cooking will be enhanced as their flavour will show fully. 6. Organic farming is friendly to the environment. Because you won’t use pesticides or other equally harming products on your vegetables, you will not damage the soil or the air with the chemical components. 7. When you grow your own organic vegetables you are contributing to your own self-sustainability and the sustainability of the planet. Small communities have been founded where members exchange products that they grow naturally, thus contributing to create a friendly and better place for us all. In the end, eating organic products only means that we do not add anything else to them than they would naturally have. As you can guess, additives, fertilizers, pesticides or hormones are not components of naturally grown food. To better care for your health, grown your own organic vegetables -and a few pots is all you need. Is The Ringtones Market Going To Die Out Soon?

Thursday, September 27th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Pete_Moret]Pete Moret Since the beginning of the first mobile cell phone, there were ringtones. And they became instantly very popular. But now some companies are trying to squeeze every penny out of our childrens pockets. Those companies are now making the ringtones market a dark market. Will the ringtones survive? I’m not going to say the name of the companies but you’ve probably seen some of the ringtone commercials on the tv. Those commercials are most of the time on the music channels like mtv. They say in the commercial that you get a free ringtone. But if you read the little text at the bottom of the screen, you’ll find that you have to pay $4,50 a week for a number of ringtones and you get the first ringtone free. But many children who buy ringtones and realtones don’t read that text. And you can’t blame them, it’s really hard to read the text. I tried it myself and I had to tape the commercial and pause it for a while before I could read the whole text. But when you have bought yourself a subscription there is no way of getting unsubscribed but to block the phone number at your telecom provider. I’ve heard stories of people who had to pay $180 bucks a month for just some realtones. Many people find it unethical and so do I but their practices are not against the law because they do tell you are automatically subscribed to receive more ringtones where you have to pay for. Also when you look a lot at those music channels you get some sort of brainwashed with those commercials. In the Netherlands one of those companies wanted to buy the whole commercial block for themselves. But they couldn’t because that was against the rules. So what did they do? They just put up a daughter company which has the same unethical way of selling ringtones and with that company they bought the other half of the commercial block. So in stead of commercials you saw 5 minutes of ringtones to buy, and that every 20 minutes! Now a lot of people think bad of ringtone selling companies and websites and I can’t blame them. But there are really a lot of ethical ringtone websites out there. But a lot of people and children don’t know that because they’ve seen all the commercials everywhere of companies that rip you off. And believe me as a ringtone seller, it is not profitable for me to buy a tv advertisement and sell ringtones the ethical way at the same time. It just doesn’t make up the costs. So you end up with only unethical commercials on the tv and nobody would notice the ethical ones that get destroyed by those companies. [http://www.coolerealtones.com]Coolerealtones.com sells [http://www.coolerealtones.nl]realtones and ringtones on it’s website. The realtones cost you a one-time 2,60 and the [http://www.cooleringtones.net]ringtones cost you a one-time 1,30. And you will never ever hear from them again after you’ve bought a product. The Debate on Public Prayer

Wednesday, September 26th, 2007

By Michael Heindel The debate of prayer in public schools is a particularly heated one in which the opposing sides feel very strongly that they are in the right. Prayer in the public school system will be used as an example for the purpose of this article but it is not the only instance of public prayer that is often denied by state and federal laws. Christians, especially, come under attack for advocating for student guided prayer on a voluntary basis. They feel that as long as those who do not wish to pray are not being forced to do so, there is no reason why those who want to share in prayer services should be denied the right to do so. A number of legal issues such as separation of church and state and freedom of speech are often discussed in relation to the issue of public prayer. Those against prayer in the public school system argue that prayer in schools is tantamount to the government imposing prayer, and by extension religion, on the students while proponents of prayer in school argue that students who wish to pray are being denied their constitutional right of free speech. Shouldnt Christians Pray in Private? Those who argue against public prayer often point out Matthew 6:5-6 which states, And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love and pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of menwhen thou prayest, enter into the closet and when thou has shut thy door, pray to thy Father. Those who oppose public prayer point this verse out to prove their point that prayer should be kept private. They argue that the bible explicitly condemns public prayer as being hypocritical. However, Christians are aware that this passage was meant to condemn hypocrisy rather than to condemn public prayer. There are numerous biblical examples that show Jesus praying with others. It is through these references that Christians receive their confirmation of the power of public prayer. In these examples their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ reached out to those around them to embrace them in prayer. Prayer in public for the purpose of being noticed and making sure that others notice your prayer is hypocrisy while prayer in public that is offered with sincerity and without pretension can be extremely powerful. Why Christians Advocate for Public Prayer Although the freedom of speech argument is often made by Christians who are seeking the rights for students to pray in school, the reasoning behind their passion for the subject is not related to political interpretation or constitutional rights. Christians understand the value of public prayer and of praying for others and do not want their children to miss out on the opportunity to pray with their friends. Public prayer can be extremely powerful. Every Sunday Christians around the globe gather together to worship and unite in prayer. Through public prayer the power of the prayer is magnified exponentially. The sincere prayer of an individual is powerful in itself but when this prayer is united with the prayer of others, there is no limit to what prayers can accomplish. Two Young Lovers

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

By Cassidy Summers Young Love Two turtle doves flew past the young lovers as they sat on the park bench. It was the middle of winter and snowflakes were falling from the cloudy dark blue sky. It was their one year anniversary. They had just gotten done eating dinner. The boy was thinking quite a bit about what was going on. He was thinking about the love he felt for his lover, he wondered if this was in fact love. Or was it infatuation? This was the first woman he had ever been with. As these questions of doubt were going on in his head, he remembered some words of wisdom his father had passed down to him earlier in his life, Love is not doubtful, with doubt, means there is no love, love is a sure thing, which means you cannot feel complete love until you are positive that it is completely and honestly love, with no doubt in your mind. At that point the boy pushed all his negative thoughts out of his head and was no longer doubtful of his love for his partner. The girl also had thoughts floating trough her head. She at this point knew how much she loved the boy. There was no doubt in her mind. She had been with other boys before, but had never felt the feelings she was feeling right now. However though, she was scared that her love could be too strong, and she might scare the boy off. She was thinking she should let go of his hand, but she wondered what he would think if she did do that, so she decided to hang onto his hand tight. She also had doubts that this boy loved her. Some times, she felt like she did not receive the affection she deserved. Her mind was racing so fast, so she took a couple deep breaths, and that made her think of her mother. She remembers what her mother had told her about doubts. Do not doubt the love that another person has for you, if you were mistaken, and they actually did love you, you will never know what you had let slip through your fingers. She did not much take her mother’s advise, but her love for this boy was so strong that she felt guilty to not believe the love he had for her. There hadnt been a lot of conversation the entire time they sat on the bench, and so the boy figured he would say something to make it interesting, he didnt want too bore her much, although he did like the peace and quiet. Why do you love me? he asked the girl. Bashfully, the girl replies. Love is blind, but I can see you, I am not blind to our love, if it were not real I would not see it, but I do. Love hurts, but you make me feel good. And Mainly, because you dont care if I fart! The boy bursted out with laughter. Your sense of humor is one of the reasons I love you so much! he said. The two young lovers never doubted each other again. An inspiring inspiration writer. The Shocking Truth Of Weight Loss Dietary Supplement

Saturday, September 22nd, 2007

By Jed Baguio There are now thousands of weight loss dietary supplements on the market. Most contain vitamins and minerals that supplement the nutrients we can be missing from our regular diets. There are also products that do not contain vitamins or minerals, but other ingredients like botanicals, herbs, enzymes and amino acids. Are they safe? Since the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not check the safety of the supplements before they are sold, no one really knows. You must use your own common sense and research a product as much as possible before trying it. There are some weight loss dietary supplements that can actually be dangerous or harmful to your health. Products that are labeled as natural can have pharmacological side effects that can cause harmful reactions in some people or interact dangerously with other medications. If you are interested in trying a particular weight loss dietary supplement, consult with your physician before purchasing it. You physician should also know about the supplement if you have any diseases or conditions that could cause some supplements to be potentially dangerous to you such as: *Currently are or planning to be pregnant *Suffer from a chronic disease or cancer *Are currently taking prescription medications *Under the age of 18 *Over the age of 65 WEIGH LOSS DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS Perhaps you want to lose weight and are considering an herbal dietary supplement that promises quick, easy weight loss. The temptation is strong to try out some of the many weight loss products that are available. However, none of these products perform as they promise and some, like ephedra, can have serious side effects. Herbal diet aids can contain gingseng, bee pollen, kelp or other herbs that are supposed to be diet aids. In reality, they do nothing to promote weight loss and can be harmful if taken in large doses. The only safe and effective way to lose weight is with a healthy eating and exercise plan. VITAMINS AND MINERALS The healthiest way for your body to receive its needed vitamins and minerals is from food. If you are eating a healthy diet, you should not need to take vitamins. If you think you need to take vitamins, take a multivitamin that provides the recommended daily allowance (RDA). Some vitamins can cause harm if taken in excess amounts. If your physician recommends that you start taking any vitamins or supplements, make sure you watch for symptoms that could indicate problems. Symptoms like nausea, headaches, rashes or dizziness can be a warning sign of a harmful reaction to the product. If you have food allergies, you should be particularly careful. Dietary supplements should never be considered as a quick fix for bad nutrition and problems with weight issues. If the supplement makes any claims to cure a disease or condition, think carefully before you make any decision and find out as much information as you can. Wedding Cameras: Entertainment & Memories in Your Hand

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

By Jeanette Shinn Whoever came up with the idea of wedding cameras deserves all the kudos’ we can give them. Think about it. Unless your wedding photographer is also a close personal friend to yourself and your groom as well as of both your families, there is just no way your photographer could know who goes with whom among all of your friends and extended family - but your friends and family do! And unlike your wedding photographer, they can be in more than one place at a time, meaning that with wedding cameras strategically placed on tables around the reception you have a better chance at catching a truly candid moment. You see, unlike your wedding photographer, wedding cameras can be in more than one place at a time, meaning that by strategically placing these festive cameras on tables around the reception you have a better chance at catching a truly candid moment. Wedding Cameras Provide Entertainment for your Guests Better yet, your guests will have fun taking pictures with your wedding cameras. You know how Aunt Martha or Cousin Adriana is when she gets a camera. Even your uncle Frank won’t be able to avoid getting his picture taken. You know that she’ll be able to get friends to pose in some crazy way that your photographer probably never will. This means that your investment in wedding cameras will pay off in entertaining your guests and making your reception a hit as well as in memories. More importantly, you know that she will get a picture of you kissing your Grandmother even if the photographer happens to be in the restroom at the moments. Now imagine how much that benefit is magnified if you have a wedding camera on every table at your reception! Wedding Cameras are Simple to Use Simply place your wedding cameras on the tables at your reception with the table card that comes with every camera explaining that you would like your guests to make full use of the cameras at the reception then leave it on the table when they leave. It’s that simple. After the wedding have someone designated to pick up the wedding cameras and get the pictures developed so you can enjoy the memories when you return from your honeymoon. Wedding Cameras Designed to Match Your Decor Unlike the disposable cameras you can buy at your local discount store, wedding cameras are designed to match your wedding decor. That makes decorating for your wedding reception that much easier and as in most things easier usually means less headaches for you. Want a beach themed camera for a beach themed wedding? Daisies? Silver? Gold?… You get the idea. There is a good chance you can find a wedding camera to fit the decor of your wedding reception. Use Wedding Cameras Indoors or Outdoors When searching for a single use camera make sure it offers 400 speed film. This is important for any wedding because lighting conditions often change and 400 speed film is the most versatile speed available making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. So wherever your wedding is and guests roam the pictures from your wedding cameras will preserve the moment for years to come. What Worms Tell You About Your Soil

Monday, September 17th, 2007

By Paul Downing When you see worms in soil you can be sure that the quality of the soil is excellent. It will be rich in organic matter and valuable nutrients. It will be well aired with good drainage. Where there is an abundance of worms in the soil plants will be healthy and sturdy, flowers will be more colourful and plentiful and fruit and vegetables will taste better and be more nutritious. The question that is sometimes asked is this - is this good soil the result of the worm population or are the worms there because the soil is good quality? There is no clear answer to this because the two are so inter-dependent; they are like the chicken and the egg dilemma. One is not possible without the other. In soil where worms are absent you may have assumed that the soil is poorly drained and lacking in organic matter. You may also have assumed that the nutrient content was poor. These assumptions are probably right but the other possibility of course is that the soil is of good quality but the worms have been removed or destroyed by the New Zealand Flat Worm. This worm thrives in the climate of the British Isles and has done untold damage to the native earthworm population here. The Flat Worm has not posed the same threat in its native country because it cannot tolerate a hot climate and exists there only in shaded and damp areas around trees and bushes. Unfortunately no such restrictions apply here and the flat worm has been free to move and breed at considerable speed. Talking to local farmers they have told me how the sea gulls used to follow the plough for the rich picking of earthworms. But the sea gulls do not do this any more because the worms are not in the ground. Whatever the reason for a lack of worms in your soil adding worms will bring benefits. The benefits will be increased where organic matter such as compost or manure is added. The worms can be placed in the soil about three quarters of a spade in depth with some worm bedding. For more details on adding worms to your soil you can read the article “Worms - Fertilise your soil the natural way with burrowing earthworms!” on our site. Another excellent feed is worm cast it is excellent for breaking up heavy clay soil and aerating the ground. You will notice when you added worm cast to your ground that after a while it sinks down a couple of inches as it makes it way down into the earth. Worm cast is also excellent mulch. It will help keep weeds down and it gives the flower beds a fresh well groomed appearance. Leansmount Worms grow and supply worms for soil improvement and worms for composting. Antidepressants - Comparison Of SSRIs and TCAs

Sunday, September 16th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Yury_Bayarski] Yury Bayarski Antidepressants are drugs that relieve the symptoms of depression. They were first developed in the 1950s and have been used regularly since then. There are many different families of antidepressants available today. The two most common groups are: Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) and Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCAs). Tricyclic antidepressants are a class of antidepressant drugs first used in the 1950s and are still used extensively. They are named after the drugs’ molecular structure, which contains three rings of atoms. Before the introduction of SSRIs, TCAs were the standard treatment for depression. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors have replaced tricyclic antidepressants as the drugs of choice in the treatment of depressive disorders, mainly because of their improved tolerability and safety if taken in overdose. Main similarities and differences: SSRIs and TCAs have similar efficacy for the treatment of depression SSRIs have fewer anticholinergic and cardiovascular side effects SSRIs are better tolerated by patients SSRIs are safer in overdose than TCAs History of development Prior to the SSRIs, all psychotropic medications were the result of chance observation. The TCAs were the result of an unsuccessful attempt to improve on the antipsychotic effectiveness of phenothiazines. The other class of antidepressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, came from a failed attempt to develop effective antitubercular medications. The first studies of benzodiazepines were unsuccessful attempts to treat patients with schizophrenia. The SSRIs were developed in response to the need for better tolerated, safer antidepressants than the TCAs. The nature of older chance discovery drugs is that they have many clinical effects either because they affect an site of action with broad implications for organ function or because they affect multiple site of actions. Chance discovery drugs typically will produce a number of undesired, as well as desired, effects and will have a narrower therapeutic index in comparison with a drug that was rationally developed to affect only the site of action necessary to produce the desired response. TCAs affect multiple sites of action over a relatively narrow concentration range so that patients are likely to experience multiple effects while taking these medications. Some mechanisms of actions of TCAs can cause potentially serious effects on cardiac conduction. An overdose of TCAs of only 5 to 10 times their therapeutic dose can cause serious toxicity. Patients who have a slow clearance rate for these drugs can develop serious adverse effects on routine doses due to the accumulation of toxic concentrations. In the case of the SSRIs, each was the product of a similar development strategy in which the goal was to produce a drug capable of inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin, but without affecting the various other neuroreceptors, affected by the TCAs. The fact that SSRIs were designed to avoid affecting these other neuroreceptors explains many of the pharmacological differences between the SSRIs and the TCAs and explains the similarities among the SSRIs. Mechanism of action The brain communicates with itself through the use of special chemicals called neurotransmitters such as serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. There is correlation between the amount of these chemicals in the brain and a person’s mood. Low levels of serotonin and norepinephrine have not been proven to cause depression but it widely believed that elevation of these chemicals is associated with improvement in mood in depressed people. Both SSRIs and TCAs work by prolonging the effects of neurotransmitters, but have different mechanism of action. TCAs work by raising the levels of neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain by slowing the rate of reabsorption by nerve cells. Unfortunately, the TCAs also block histaminic, cholinergic, and alpha1-adrenergic receptor sites, and this action leads to unwanted side effects such as weight gain, dry mouth, constipation, drowsiness, and dizziness. TCAs act as strong inhibitors in the reuptake of both norepinephrine and serotonin. Unlike TCAs, SSRIs are highly selective: they act as weak inhibitors in the reuptake of non-serotonergic neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine, but act as strong inhibitors in the reuptake of serotonin. This selectivity is what, perhaps, accounts to the fact that there are less side effects associated with SSRIs than with TCAs. Efficacy SSRIs are as effective as TCAs in the treatment of major depression. They both produce overall response rates of 60% to 65%. Both the SSRIs and the TCAs produce a 25% to 30% higher response rate than placebo. Although the SSRIs have become the most commonly prescribed drugs for depression, there are clinical situations in which TCAs may be more appropriate. Adverse effects SSRIs affect fewer sites of action and hence cause fewer types of adverse effects than TCAs. TCAs most commonly cause anticholinergic adverse effects, such as dry mouth, sedation, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, and urinary retention. These effects can occasionally be quite serious or exacerbate underlying problems or tendencies in the affected organ system. Weight gain is a common complaint. The orthostatic hypotension (dizziness upon arising or otherwise rapidly changing posture) that can occur on TCAs may cause falls with resultant trauma. The TCAs have marked effects on cardiac function and can be cardiotoxic in therapeutic dosage as well as overdose. This limits their usefulness particularly in the elderly, who are at increased risk of undetected impaired cardiac function. With many tricyclics, the most troublesome effect with ongoing use is sedation. They are often administered at bedtime so that this effect is bearable, but it may persist into the following day. Although the SSRIs are associated with a long list of adverse effects, in most patients they are mild and transient, rarely requiring discontinuation of therapy. Unlike the TCAs, the SSRIs do not possess significant sedative, anticholinergic, or hypotensive effects and do not have significant effects on cardiac conduction. Therefore, SSRIs are safer to use in elderly patients. SSRIs most commonly cause: gastrointestinal adverse effects (nausea and diarrhoea) central nervous system effects (headache, dizziness, agitation, insomnia and tremor) sexual dysfunction. Compared to TCAs, SSRIs have fewer anticholinergic, sedative and cardiovascular adverse effects but have more gastro-intestinal side effects. With the exception of sexual dysfunction, SSRIs side effects generally are not severe enough to make the patient noncompliant and often subside as treatment continues. Safety in Overdose A major benefit of the SSRIs is the much-reduced toxicity in overdose compared with the TCAs. Overdosing on tricyclic antidepressants can lead to involvement of many organ systems but primarily affects the heart and the brain. An overdose of a TCAs requires immediate medical attention and is potentially lethal. Symptoms of an overdose usually develop within an hour of ingestion and may start with rapid heartbeat, dilated pupils, flushed face and agitation, and progress to confusion, loss of consciousness, seizures, irregular heart rate, cardiorespiratory collapse and death. Overdosage with SSRIs is much less hazardous and less likely to be life-threatening. They do not affect intracardiac conduction. Patients have survived overdoses of each of the SSRIs that were many times their usually effective antidepressant doses without serious toxicity: no arrhythmias, no disturbance of blood pressure, no seizures, no coma, no respiratory depression. All of these adverse effects do occur with overdose of TCAs as little as 5 times their therapeutic doses. Simplicity Simplicity refers to how easy it is for the physician to prescribe the optimal dose and for the patient to take it. One advantage shared by both TCAs and SSRIs is that they can generally be taken once a day and be effective. However, optimal dosing with TCAs is often more problematic than with SSRIs. Traditionally, treatment with TCAs is begun at what is usually a subtherapeutic dose and gradually titrated upward to an effective antidepressant dose. This approach is taken so that the patient can develop some tolerance to the adverse effects caused by these drugs. In contrast, SSRIs can usually be started at the effective dose from the beginning. There is generally no need to titrate the dose of the SSRIs upward in most patients. Conclusions SSRIs are equally as efficient as the tricyclics in the treatment of mild to moderate depression. However, the TCAs still have an important place as the first line treatment for patients with severe (melancholic/endogenous) depression. The major clinical advantage of the SSRIs lies in their improved side effect profile and better tolerance, which is reflected in the better compliance seen even in the controlled studies. They appear safer than the TCAs on cardiotoxic measures and are associated with fewer deaths from overdosage. Increasingly clinicians are recognizing the importance of using these safer well tolerated antidepressants as first line treatment. If You Cannot Make Friends, Make Foes

Saturday, September 15th, 2007

By Gabrielle Guichard There are few desires (if any) stronger than the deep wish to be liked. The first time you realized that not everybody liked you, it was a shock. For most of us it was the first lesson we learned at school, and we needed time to accept it. As hard as it was to discover that loving you was not the main purpose of your classmates, you also learnt to live with it. You took care of your friends and, as long as they did not bully you, you were almost deaf and blind to other people. You are in school no longer. If you twist your speech, your thoughts, your opinions, your beliefs in order to please everyone and their father, who will they like? Not you, you cannot have every possible personality. If you play this game, one day or another, people will be disappointed when they encounter your true yourself; not because this “true yourself” is bad but because they will discover that you have been cheating. Despite what is often said, people seldom condemn cheating for moral reasons (they happen to cheat themselves), but rather because they don’t fully appreciate to be mocked at. You will be hated without having being loved since they would have loved a fake yourself. And anyway, are you sure you want to be liked by anybody? Look at the truth! If you ran a butchery, you would not be as well liked by vegetarians as by meat-eaters. If you invented the ultimate cure for bad sight, opticians might feel resentful, to say the less! In your school days, you contented yourself with keeping peace, and you were right. You are still right if your main goal in life is to remain unnoticed. But if you want to be the most successful butcher or ophtalmologist, you are wrong! To build your brand, you can walk the easy and nice way: you will gain friendly customers, from time to time, you will hear only praises, but not often. You will be well-known in your street and actually famous in your town, what may be enough for a garagist or a hairdresser… if there are no competitors. Is it enough for you? If you plan to build your business, and your brand, on a larger scale than your neighbourhood, you may prefer to walk through the fields. If you create your path, it will be less crowded than the paved way. If you are in a hurry to be truly and deeply liked, respected and trusted in your business, make foes. There are some very good reasons to make foes:they speak about you: people are never tired of gossiping;they provoke a sense of curiosity that generates an eagerness to know by oneself;they make you different from your competitors;in short, they take care of your fame.Rely on your foes: they will never let you down.
